Siroko Duo, founded by San Francisco flutists Victoria Hauk and Jessie Nucho, is dedicated to performing new works in creative spaces. Sharing a passion for commissioning and performing contemporary chamber music, Victoria and Jessie formed the duo in 2015 to record duets by Kyle Randall and Lucas Floyd and continue to actively perform works by (mostly) living composers. Upcoming projects include performances at the Hot Air Music Festival and a collaboration with the Helia Music Collective, which supports the creative endeavors of women in music. Both Jessie and Victoria studied with Tim Day at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
